All bookings must be made via Instagram only. Message Olivia on Instagram to secure your appointment.
When booking your appointment you will be required to specify the service (allowing me to schedule the correct amount of time). If changing your service, at the time of appointment, to a more/less expensive service you will still be required to pay for the service initially booked.
All services can be amended (e.g. changing the service from builder gel & gel colour to builder gel only) up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Any changes within 24 hours, to reduce the service, will require full payment of the initially booked service.
If cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled date, you will be required to pay the full service amount.
Failing to pay the service or cancellation fee will result in any scheduled appointments being cancelled, and you will be unable to book future appointments.
If running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be unable to go ahead and you will be required to pay the full service amount.
Please be aware I will only infill or remove my own/my sister's work.
